On Sunday 28 September a time capsule was buried in the grounds of GVH. It was a festive occasion with a BBQ, refreshments, music, and the open bar.
B&P provided a cake stall.
Our bakers did us proud. A wonderful spread and loads of compliments from those who sampled the wares.
Many thanks to Karen, Lindy, Pat P, Anne W, Heather, Kath, Jackie, Sheila and Margie. Also to Rita who helped sell the cakes and to Charlie, Tom and Howard P for their help in clearing up.
Our stall raised £263 for GVH.
Groups from all over Burton & Puddington were asked to provide an item for the capsule. We provided the document below and the minutes of our last Committee Meeting.
